(instructions below👇🏼) READ THIS: there are 6 exercises in this workout. set a timer for 3 minutes. complete each movement for 30 seconds each without a break. this will take 3 minutes. once you finish all 6 exercises (3 minutes of werk), rest for 1 minute. set your timer for 1 minute on this rest. after the 1 minute break is up, complete this 3 more times for a total of 4 rounds through. 16 minutes total. you should be sweaTAY ;)
