Forgot about the good ones that are lazy , we work on what nobody else can fix because everyone always overlooks it , had a truck this morning that had been to 3 shops and no one could figure out the no start issue, wire brush to negative terminal and she was firing back up like new in less than 3 mins of being dropped off with a tow truck.

In my experience the pick is the best, the disconnect pliers typically brake connectors that are stuck

Makes me cringe everytime but have found a good plastic clip pliers work well but always go to the pick first. Too many connectors are obsolete these days in an independent shop.

take a number 1 pen screwdriver and slightly heat it right before the steel pin becomes flat and make a 30 degree bend and then cool in oil.
