For the black beans: -Black beans -Onion -Green bell pepper -Garlic -Salt -Cumin -Oregano -Bay leaf -Red wine vinegar For the plantains: -Fresh plantains -Neutral frying oil (I used avocado) -Salt (optional) For the rice: -Jasmine Rice -Salt -Onion -Red bell pepper *For the rice, I add a few large pieces of onion and bell pepper to infuse the flavor and then remove after cooking #ropavieja #cubanfood #cooking #Summer
