I get all this. I am literally zero contact. No social media, no texts, no mutual friends, we don’t follow each other, she has me blocked, she was even the one who cheated and abandoned me BUT I cannot stop missing her and thinking about her. It’s killing me.

I hope this helps someone coming from a 51 year old Women , I have always been a peace maker , people pleaser , tried to fix everyone. I put everyone first , what I felt didn’t matter bc if you love someone you just take the burden of everyone. I have always attracted people that told me all their problems, I’m talking at work with people I didn’t know personally. At the age of like 45 I started having a lot of HEALTH PROBLEMS. I was diagnosed with several different disorders. I had to quit work after working almost 30 years. YOUR BODY KEEPS THE SCORE!
