Car is being sold for $10k, his friend got a loan on the car for $21k. He co-signed the loan for his friend, so his friend is giving him $10k of the $21k that the bank gave him for the car. The friend endorsed the check over to him. He’s cashing the check and now being arrested for shadiness. Not sure if understand this correctly but that’s what I’ve gathered.
