Beautiful but be careful it’s possible to overload your hair with protein. It will be brittle and break off terribly. Space out the treatments.

Dedicated time to watch any video that has cranon in it! Also her hair pack is really good and so is her oil. Idk if you have it but it definitely helped strengthened and smooth my hair a lot
