I've been on antipsychotics for 7 years.. convinced me I had schizophrenia...5 years after we broke up I'm now coming off my meds..haven't had an episode since we broke up...its amazing how your thrive when you get rid of the abusive ex hehe

Man I sat down in my therapist chair one day and started telling her everything I felt and she said “what made you feel that way though” and every thing I said after that was prefaced with “Shane said” and after about the 3rd one she said “hold up baby let pause, breathe….and consider maybe Shane’s the problem” 😂
