The biggest thing is that coffee creates nervousness and stress in the body and mind. It's one of the worst things that you can do if you already are feeling stressed, anxiety, or worried because it will amplify these emotions by a lot. There are plenty of other effects of drinking coffee that I did not mention in this video. Like, dehydration, creating pains in your joints, preventing your ability to recover or relax, I'm on other things. If you are a daily coffee drinker, the best thing to do is to cut out coffee for two whole weeks and experience a change in the way your body feels while also having more calm and peace in your mind. This is especially important if one of your goals at the moment is to find more centeredness and get rid of stress in your life. This one single change will make a big difference in your pursuit towards that.
