that loan modification messed them up... I had a client do a modification and thought the money the back put to back was not owed. when she closed they took that 15k she owed and only walked away with 86.00😬

there are still fees for a refinance which eats into your equity. so make sure its worth the cost

The word Equity is a word that is getting a lot of folks believing they can make a house a cash cow. It’s abundantly clear many of them have no idea how to calculate numbers that don’t readily exist.

Nice try lady. Yes it does. The closing costs are rolled into the loan. So don’t start talking about cash out because the CLOSING COSTS are a real thing that deplete the equity you do have. So learn a thing or two. Mmkay? 🥰 Wonderful.
