I always wanted to try this but I literally never found any good videos explaining how to actually do it efficiently. I once saw a video of a guy walking the viewers through his mind palace and it was cool listening to it and all, but what if I put something away in my mind palace, and forget what is it and where I put it? I don't have any way of gaining that knowledge back. And also how does one throw out stuff from a mind palace after memorizing it for so long, and how do you deal with a mind palace that is literally full of information?
