once I went to the doctor's office 20 minutes early (the confirmation email said to because I was a new patient) and the office wasn't even open yet and I got yelled at by the receptionist for being too early 😔

Ugh my office requires whoever is opening that day to unlock the front door 45 min before we open and we stay open during lunch… those door never lock and patients expect to be seen even if they’re there 45 min before opening 😭

The ONLY time patients are early are first thing in the morning or first patients after lunch. Standing in front of the sign with the times we are out for lunch, “hello???? Is anyone here?????” I purposely walk out with my lunch in hand and politely tell them we are at lunch and we will see them at their scheduled time. Then they huff and say “well why did I get here early??” I don’t know! I know I didn’t ask you to!

Or they yank multiple times on the locked door, look at the sign with hours posted, check their watch and then still do the whole trying to see inside better stance and it’s an hour before the clinic opens even. 😂🤦♀️

Housekeeping with sometimes leave our door unlocked after they clean. I walk down the hall and there are patients sitting in a dark office. Like WTF😫

What's worse is when I have to walk in & unlock the front door with people standing there. Then they stand at the counter. People, I've not even put my bag down or signed on duty!!

I don’t know what’s worse that or somebody walking in with one minute to closing .. I never do that to a office especially the lab bc it’s a whole process to prepare for send off they thinks it’s a quick draw
