upper management never works with employees and unfortunately you wouldn't want them to, they are the most incompetent people in ever org

lol classic management being sold a software and process but missing the crucial part...training and adoption. there's a middle manager somewhere shaking in their boots because they didn't do their job.

did upper management reward store managers for following the guidelines or did they just reward sales? this is 100% on the CEO and leadership

This isn't just a problem with his store, upper management has become a problem at most businesses in the fact that we have people who are not leaders in leadership positions.

if your CEO isnt hands on with making sure each store in the company is running efficiently with enough people to do the work, your CEO doesnt deserve making a dime more than you, much less 200+%, and that's when you know you need a union.

Were the District Managers and Store Managers trained in these company standards? Also was there follow-up training?

It’s managers and owners of franchise locations that don’t wanna pay attention or follow through on stuff. Then they’ll complain when their store starts losing money and they have not even looked at anything that’s planned.

training takes time and money. which corporate usually cuts in the effort to maximize profit. they'll replace an experienced employee that leaves with a new one, expect them to be just as efficient after 5 minutes and won't let another employee do proper training because then the trainer wouldnt be productive enough.

If you change managers every year, they'll stick to your recommendations because they want to prove themselves in the first year to keep their position. After that, they don't care.
