The world is in chaos. And it has been. since before my lifetime. But I feel like my struggles are the most overwhelming. It’s hard to understand the greatness of the world when we become numb to the blind facts in front of our eyes. Today I’m 42 days sober and that’s the longest I’ve been sober in my entire life. There’s so much turmoil going on in front of our eyes and behind close doors and I feel like my life is so minuscule but at the same time my life is the hardest it’s ever been. I used to numb myself with drugs and affection so now my emotions are in control. I’m working towards a better future. But I feel like the world around me is burning. Figuratively and literally. Thank u for asking and truly caring about others.
