Nobody’s hiring. I’ve been looking since November and even at that. All the jobs are doing 1-2 interviews at that. So they drag the process out and you most likely don’t even get the job. So yea they’re wasting our time too.

Use Grok or ChatGPT copy and past your resume and the job description and they tailor your resume to the job. It’s alot of work but it works way better than using the same resume and applying to 200 jobs and getting denied for them all.
