it's become shockingly obvious after tens and thousands of videos showing the same exact behavior from LEO'S all over the country that our law enforcement system is broken and it starts with training ,how is it that cops don't know the basic laws and procedures and just wing it and speak gibberish as if weird and suspicious are actual violation codes ?? more and more people are educating themselves and that's how change will eventually happen !!
