Honestly Ooku is nothing like AD, minus a few themes like mystery and “romance” but sooooo not like how the other is. It is good. It’s insanely dark though. Graphic scenes. So please don’t watch it unless you’ve looked it up and seen all the triggers😩

I would not recommend this if you specifically want something that’s similar to the apothecary diaries. Themes are heavyyyy😭

Oooh I loved it too ! Loved the atmosphere , I would say it’s a little more mature and sad than the apothecary diaries (less funny too but in a good way idk if it makes sense 😅)
