Also big s/o to Casa 13 for lending me their bar and drinks to film this - go check them out if you’re in NYC🤍 Passionfruit Mezcal Margarita (Main Character): - 1½ oz joven mezcal - ¾ oz reposado tequila - 1 or 2 passion fruit - 1 oz passion fruit nectar - ¾ oz lime cordial* - 250 g white sugar + 240 ml warm water + 1.5 oz lime zest or zest from 1 lime + juice of 1 lime + 1 oz citric acid (blend and strain) - pinch of sea salt - plate of tajin - lime - gummy bears - mezcal - dried lime Chocolate Cherry Manhattan (Babe, I’m Here): - 1 3/4 oz bourbon - 1/2 oz sweet vermouth - 1/2 oz creme de cacao or chocolate liqueur - 1/4 oz cherry liqueur - 2 dashes chocolate bitters - 2 dashes cherry bitters - simple syrup (for lining glass) - dark chocolate (for shaving) - dark maraschino cherries (for garnish) Dirty Chamomile Martini (Blonde & Dirty): • 2 oz wheat-based vodka or gin • ½ oz “blonde” or bianco dry vermouth* OR equal parts dry vermouth AND lillet blanc • ½ oz Castelvetrano olive brine • 2 dashes chamomile tincture** - steep 1 Tbsp dried chamomile in 2 oz vodka or gin for 20 min, strain • Garnish: trio of pitted Castelvetrano olives Black Pepper Gin & Tonic (Gym & Toxic): 1 ½ oz gin infused 30 min with green-tea & peach - wellness and botanicals ¼ oz aloe–cucumber cordial - hydration and recovery ½ oz simple syrup - ½ oz fresh lime juice 2 dashes cracked-black-pepper tincture - black pepper and vodka to bring a little heat and drama and villain energy to the villa, can flip the whole place upside down Top with ice-cold Mediterranean tonic @Love Island USA #loveislandusa
