I used to do this when I sold cocoa bombs during covid. I made a lot of different flavors of sugar cubes and I did speed up the process by dehydrating them in the oven at the lowest temp

I just smack it out of the mold on to parchment paper on the table let it dry overnight . I use the same mold over and over ✌️🥰
