Cops had pc to stop the car. Cop told the dude why he stopped the car. Cops has authority to compel documents cop had authority to compel out of the car. Dude resisted and refused to ID. Dude had tinted windows and locked the door. Dude resisted. Cops acted reasonably and with reasonable force. Im with the cops.
