Yes, we took those trips when we could because we could sit with our memories when we were too old to travel anymore. So glad we did. 50years of marriage were not enough. ❤️

Wow! My mom passed away a year ago and tonight I was contemplating if I should go on a trip in a couple months. Me being scared of the bills- I asked her for a sign on if I should go… and then this popped up on my FYP. I will be booking that trip.

I hear stories like this too often. I'm a BC survivor and told my husband a few years ago we need to travel now, we never know what tomorrow will bring. It has been one of the best decisions we've made. Bills are still getting paid, but we are enjoying life with no fear.

I have this perspective as a nurse and watching my dad get diagnosed stage 4 before he really got to enjoy his retirement. Thankfully he took an early retirement not knowing……my husband prepares for our future, but thinks we have time and doesn’t truly understand my fears.
