Get lost in wonder with #TheSims4: Enchanted by Nature | @The Sims #EnchantedByNature Carrot & Beetroot Cake INGREDIENTS: 150g beetroot purée 150 to 250g grated carrot 375ml vegetable oil 6 large eggs 340g light brown sugar 450g self raising flour 3 tsp baking powder 1.5 tsp mixed spice 1.5 tsp ground ginger METHOD: In a stand mixer, whisk the eggs and sugar together until doubled in size and fluffy. Add the oil, carrots and beetroot then gently combine. Whisk in the remaining ingredients. Pour into two 8 inch tins, and bake at 160C for 50 mins. Decorate with cream cheese icing and edible flowers.
