The baby thing about don't wake the baby would freak me out. You handled it well. I would have lost the plot and endangered my child. Cudos to you, you are a brave lady. No because I’ve been put off public transport too especially taxis when I’m on my own with my baby as I went to get her wheels out of the boot and he tried to drive away with my baby still in the car bare in mind I had unstrapped her and brought her car seat over to my seat next to the door so I could just grab her when her wheels were up !! And I said to him “excuse me I haven’t got my baby out the car yet” he reached his arm round to the back door trying to close it from the front seat and said “I know” 😳 luckily I managed to rip the door open as he still had his hand on the handle trying to close the door and get her out quickly or he’d have been away with my 1 month old!!!!! There was no reason for him to drive away either as there was a car parked in front and behind him so it wasn’t like he was only moving a little bit to let someone in either! Had no clue what his intentions were so I reported him to the taxi company and police
