So in her eyes i should be arrested for driving my car. Since you can kill people with a car that means im a murderer. I always remember that movie minority report with Tom Cruise. These officers think they can violate someones rights because they think they are stopping a crime that never happened.

she can justify that hes recording the bank because hes preparing/about to commit a crime. since that's a video reason he will than need to provide ID. if officer has no justification at a minimum of "about to commit a crime" than you dont need provide ID. but in this case she had a calorie reason that can be taken to court. be ause theoretically recording bank is one of ways to get ready to rob the bank.
