Thank you for this! I also want to ask how do you get whipped icing to not melt? When I pipe and it starts to melts. Also for events, I worry I can’t kept the cake out for long since the icing stability isn’t strong. Any tips? Thank You!

It definitely takes practice but using water is keyyy. I have been using her whipped cream frosting and never had an issue.
