I just got mine in im 279lbs size 22 pants and about 47inch waist. it fits but its tight (duh) its hard to move honestly so I cant wear it to the gym like I wanted but its comfortable and sturdy. I think I'm just too big for it rn. I'm keeping it for when I'm smaller because I love it
