lean forward, accurate. however this machine has been proven multiple times to be way less effective then standing calf raise. I do Seated but always after standing as standing is far superior

What if I feel the failure on my feet before I feel it on my calves? I've made sure they are positioned properly but I often have to stop mid set, prolonging the reps to calve failure.
