The main reason you were getting more recruiting messages is probably that you were actively posting content. The LinkedIn Recruiter systems look at that as a signal — meaning there isn’t some human reading the quality of your comments, but rather, you just show up in more people’s feeds and therefore also more searches for being very active and engaged.

Lol, the environmental issues with ai are ridiculously overblown. 500 gallons of water to produce a single burger. Training a model is a little intensive but once it's trained it's there and costs tablespoons. But so does like, anything we do. If it produces huge efficiency over time it'll save water in the long run

I used to work with LinkedIn recruiters and profiles are not reviewed as it's all scraped to a real databases and parsed for certain signals. All of these details are irrelevant for the practical process despite being quite funny here ngl 😅
