I never check condiment expirations. I was eating a yellow mustard that expired in 2018 in 2023. Only the color tipped me off💀

I’m scarred from my mom’s condiments in her fridge that expired 3+ years ago 😭 anything possibly dairy? Gone after 3 weeks of opening. Anything vinegar or in a brine? Keeping for a bit but also questioning if I’m ill every time I eat it out of anxiety 😅
