Peace & Patience - 23rd of October 2026 Well now,  You have no idea the pleasure it gives me to finally be announcing my debut album at last!! Feels like it’s such a long time in the making and at the same time, only yesterday I started it all, but with little delays, some stress and plenty of moving around, a couple hundred songs later and a last final push in 2026 the time is here !  Mad!  Apart from the writing and all the studio sessions it’s challenged me just as much picking out the tracks I want to include, and I’m so happy with how it’s all came together This album represents my personal love story with music, my journey through my career, an ode to home.  It’s still hard to believe that in just a few short months it will finally be released.  Just so Surreal 🥲 Been making music for a minute now,  traveling the world to play in some amazing venues , working alongside some of the best artist’s in the business, and all the other milestones that came my way… I will never take any of this for granted but this genuinely is a proper “take a step back and look” moment for me…a dream come true.🥹 Big shout out to those who have been supporting me along the way,  its said all the time by so many, but I mean it when I say I would be nothing without all the support on the music and heads at the shows 🤍 Iv done everything I can to make it something I can truly be proud of and just can’t wait to let it loose now .. ITALIAN PIZZA Dough Ingredients: 	•	500 g pizza flour (about 4.5–5 cups) – I used @telliogludegirmen 	•	350 g water (about 1.5–2 cups – add gradually and adjust as needed) 	•	2 g instant dry yeast (about 1.5 tsp) 	•	10 g salt (about 1.5 tsp) 	•	3–4 tbsp olive oil For the Sauce: 	•	2 grated tomatoes (I used canned summer tomatoes) 	•	1 clove of garlic 	•	A few fresh basil leaves 	•	2–3 tbsp olive oil 	•	A pinch of salt 	•	A pinch of sugar Sauté the garlic in olive oil, then add the grated tomatoes. Add a pinch of salt and sugar, let it simmer and reduce slightly. Add the basil leaves and set aside to cool. For the Topping: 	•	Mozzarella cheese (or use cheddar if mozzarella is unavailable) Preparation: 	1.	The night before, mix all the dough ingredients and knead well. 	2.	Do two rounds of folding until the dough becomes smooth, then place it in the fridge overnight. 	3.	The next day, take the dough out, release the air, and let it rest at room temperature for 2 hours. 	4.	Divide the dough into 3 equal balls and let them rest for another hour, covered. 	5.	Sprinkle your work surface generously with semolina. As shown in the video, shape the dough by hand – the center should be thin and the edges thicker. 	6.	Spread the prepared sauce over the dough, add cheese, and bake at 250°C (482°F) on a preheated pizza stone (middle-upper rack, fan setting) for 5–6 minutes. 🍕 The best homemade Margherita pizza you’ll ever taste! Crispy outside, soft inside — and the secret?
