@_elliewilsonfitness__: STEAK EGG CHEESE BAGEL 🥩 🍳 🥯 with special sauce 🤫 MACROS PER SERVE 492 Calories | 33g Protein 37g Carbs | 24g Fats INGREDIENTS (serves 4) - 4 Bagel Thins (Abe’s) - 300g Kangaroo Sizzle Steak @K-ROO - 4 Singles Cheese Slice (Kraft) - 4 Eggs - Spring Onion - 1 Brown onion (100g) - 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce - Salt - Extra virgin olive oil spray SPECIAL SAUCE - 1/2 Cup Kewpie 50% less fat Mayo - 2 Tbsp American Mustard - 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill - 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp Sriracha METHOD 1. Add all sauce ingredients to a small bowl and mix to combine. Set aside. 2. Thinly slice onion, then add to a pot with 1 tbsp Worcestershire. Cook for 5-10 minutes until all liquid is absorbed and the onions are translucent. Set aside. 3. Crack 4 eggs into a bowl and lightly whisk, add some chopped spring onion and salt. Lightly spray a pan with olive oil and pour in the egg mixture, place the lid on the pan and leave to cook for a few minutes. Once cooked, divide into 4 pieces and set aside. 4. Lightly spray a pan with olive oil and cook kangaroo steaks for a couple of minutes each side, seasoning with salt. Set aside. 5. To assemble, lightly toast each bagel and top with slice of egg, slice of cheese, steak, onions, and 2 tbsps special sauce. 6. You can eat these fresh, or toast in a sandwich press for a few minutes. 7. Wrap in baking paper and foil, store in fridge for upto 5 days.
