@baby_nael_xoxo2: When Nolan started looking a little yellow, I panicked — like any mama would. But after learning it was physiological jaundice (which is common and usually harmless), I took a breath and focused on gentle ways to support his little body. Here’s what helped us, and I hope it brings comfort to another mama going through the same: ✨ Frequent feeding – I made sure he fed every 2–3 hours, even waking him when he was too sleepy. Feeding helps baby poop and pee out excess bilirubin. ☀️ Soft morning sunlight – I’d let him lie near a window for 10–15 minutes in indirect sunlight (never direct!) to help his skin break down the yellow. 💧 Hydration and diapers – More wet and dirty diapers meant progress. I celebrated every one! 👀 Monitoring the yellow – I kept an eye on his eyes, chest, and legs. If it spread downward or worsened, I knew to check with the doctor. 📞 Trusting my instincts – If anything felt “off,” I reached out to our pediatrician without hesitation. Physiological jaundice often clears up with time, love, and care. But always trust your gut, mama — you know your baby best. 💕 Swipe to see simple tips that made a big difference for us — and feel free to share with a new parent who might need it. #NewbornJaundice #BabyCareTips #PostpartumJourney #NaelAndNola

Dunny :
I would say once you find out your baby has jaundice, visit the hospital first to know the type of jaundice. The earlier the better.

Hospital first. Jaundice is a leading cause of cerebral palsy in babies that were born without complications. Don’t take chances mommies. Hospital first.

My dear I’ll advise you to expose ur baby to direct sunlight because of the vitamin D is gives. Nd I’m talking about the early morning sun and evening sun. Nd also try to get d baby a vitamin D supplement which will help to fade away early. Also continuous breastfeeding as u said 👍
