In a separate bowl, I combined the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt), then gradually sifted them into the wet mixture and folded everything together. I divided the batter into 6 cupcake molds and baked them in the air fryer at 160°C (320°F) for 30 minutes. Once cooled, I scooped out a little from the center of each cupcake and filled it with a mixture of peanut butter and powdered sugar.
