Nah this is not true. E1b1b is believed to originate in east Africa. While some believe that e1b1a originated in Ethiopia others believe it is somewhere in west Africa. And Haplogroups are not an indicator of all physical traits: Haplogroups track paternal lineage, but they do not determine all physical characteristics. A person's full genetic makeup, which influences traits like nose shape, comes from many ancestors on both maternal and paternal sides, making it a far more complex picture.

There’s no such thing as an “African,” “European,” or “Asian” nose type. Many East Africans have narrow noses and are still African, while many East Asians have wider noses and are still Asian. Nose shape varies within every Continent, it’s not exclusive to any one continent. 🤦🏽♂️
