Hangover🫠? Tofu and a spoonful of chili oil make everything hotter and better🔥 This seafood tofu soup is loaded with crab, shrimp, octopus, and soft tofu 🦀🦐 The crab and shrimp heads make the broth extra deep, savory, and ridiculously refreshing—exactly the kind of spicy, steamy soup you crave after a long night. Enoki mushrooms bring that satisfying little crunch, while extra chewy noodles soak up every bit of that flavorful broth 🍜🔥 Soft tofu, juicy seafood, chewy noodles, crunchy enoki… every bite hits different. Would you destroy this after a night out? 😮‍💨💗 P.S. Hungover or not, this bowl still hits 😎 📍Tag your late-night buddy & save this recipe for your next rough morning! ✨ Hailey’s Hangover Seafood Tofu Soup ✨ Ingredients • 1–2 tbsp chili oil • 1 egg • 1/4 can Spam, chopped • 1/4 onion, sliced • 2 green onions, chopped • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced • 1 tbsp Korean chili powder (gochugaru) • 1 tbsp Korean beef dashida • 1 tbsp fish sauce • 1 tsp sugar • 1 pack soft tofu • 500–520 ml (about 2 cups) water • 3–4 shrimp • Octopus • Crab • Enoki mushrooms • Sweet potato noodles, glass noodles, or 1/2 pack ramen (optional) • Black pepper, to taste • Sesame seeds Instructions 1. Heat 1–2 tbsp chili oil in a pot, then gently add the soft tofu. 2. Add the shrimp heads, octopus, crab, and gochugaru. Sauté briefly until fragrant. 3. Add the onion, garlic, green onions, beef dashida, sugar, and fish sauce. Pour in the water, gently break the tofu into a few large pieces with a spoon, and bring everything to a boil. 4. Add your choice of noodles, Spam, shrimp, and enoki mushrooms. Cover and cook for 4–5 minutes. 5. During the last 30 seconds, crack in the egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Finish with black pepper to taste and enjoy! Tip: For a milder soup, reduce the gochugaru to 1/2 tbsp. Add a little more water if you prefer a lighter broth, then adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt if needed. #asmrfood #mukbang #tofusoup #hangovercure #fyp
