There’s a fab tea sommelier here on TT who does amazing cold brew iced tea recipes, so simple: one tea, one fruit, one citrus and one herb (I make PG tips + strawberries + lemon + mint every evening now and it’s SO GOOD!!)

Kompot a Russian stone fruit drink I boil cherries strawberries and berries for 20 minutes leave to cool and strain then into fridge I don’t add suger but some people do. Follow Danielle the granddaughter of Markys caviar her recipes are delicious
