There's so many lake beaches in Georgia. They all look like this. If you want white sand and waves, it's worth driving to pcb. I don't even like Atlantic coast beaches

Fort yargo was good like 2018 then that LAKE dried up and that “beach” was no more so they let a pipe burst to refill the sand area up back with water yall have fun tho!

I live in barrow county and i definitely would not recommend to get in the water… but fort yargo park itself is great!

I need the waves to be moving and circulating water back and forth constantly. When the water is slow or still like that, it smells like sewage. Better off just going to a pool.
