Dick waving contest by the cops. He starts barking orders to scare her and then she says she's going to a safer place 100 feet away and he considers that to be resisting. I'm a conservative republican and even i can see this guy needs to find another line of work. They need to learn the difference between some scared suburban housewife and a criminal.
