@steffi_glaves: With @Aurifil Thread and FreeSpirit Fabrics as part of the #Aurifilartisan2025 challenge. 🎀 Any excuse to use this dinky little hand-crank sewing machine over a rainy weekend. I used a 28wt thread in pink and orange from Aurifil's Foundation collection. The chain stitch from the sewing machine creates perfectly spaced and tensioned hooking points with which I can build up lace with my 0.4mm crochet hook. I could attach hair pins or brooch backs, but for now I'll leave the bows as they are, that way they can be whatever I like.
