So actually lotions and creams are always supposed to go first because it hydrates the skin. Oils and butters are sealant which means it seals and locks in all of that hydration so oils and butter should always go on last. However, everyone has their own preference like you mentioned in the video whatever works for you then that’s how you do. Please post more content like this I love it.

I always do lotion first, then oil; since the lotion gets absorbed quickly and the oil just locks it in. I have tried your way, but it felt so greasy🥲

Guys when you’re cleansing your face what do you use first? An oil cleanser THEN your regular cleanser.. So oil first but do what you know works for you‼️
