I’ve suffered from agoraphobia since lockdown. I’ve beat myself up every summer holidays, looking at my friends on social media having the most amazing time. Today I took my youngest to the park, just me and her, no help, just us. I can honestly say, that hour was amazing! We laid in my bed after and I said let’s have a summer, just “playing out” like I did when I was a kid. This video is just what I needed to see.xx
