okay sorry black beans are great love them. they don't reverse insulin resistance. none of these things reverse insulin resistance. you're adding fiber and protein.. that slows glucose intake. it doesn't reverse insulin resistance

Replace those with beef and eggs and you’ll stabilize your blood sugar much easier and also get a lot more nutrients.

It sucks being diabetic. and people look at me and can't believe I'm diabetic. I'm decently insulin resistant as well. I used to weigh 330 and I blew up my body with way too much sugar intake for many years
