Doom is a variant of stark that managed to defeat Thanos survives and becomes doctor doom, He then finds out that time travel is possible, He decided to go back in time and try defeating Thanos without any of his loved ones dying, After discovering that it would never work, He then upgrades his time travel device to become a inter-dimensional traveling device to search for anomalies that could help him defeat Thanos with all of them surviving, This led to him eventually to travel into latveria in the earth 828 universe Using an alias as victor von doom, He eventually becomes fascinated, intrested and inlove with this country years living in latveria, He eventually becomes the smartest scientist and man second to reed richards and the president of latveria, He then finds out that if galactus was mainly targeting the baby, Then he figures out that the baby might have incomprehensible power beyond understanding, He steals Franklin from the fantastic four and then finds out and confirms that he can actually make universes.. He realizes that Franklin isn’t just a tool for him but realizes he is the ultimwte weapon to build his own copy of Latveria, A world where he can be called God and become an emperor.

I think he’s gonna use fraklin Richards powers to resurrect Wanda, but when she awakens she’s not gonna have any memory and will side with doom like in the comics, think about it why else would they show him resurrecting his mom ,there’s also been a lot of hints of her returning. ( just a theory)
