IDK man out of all the women in that ‘Let’s go girls!’ scene she was probably the one that earned it the most, especially after Iron Man 3, she had some GOOD character development like going from Tony’s secretary to running the company to no longer being the damsel in distress

nah Tony def trained her to use it after iron man 3 and they were bombed. Tony put his armor on her to protect her and after that he probly figured it would be a good idea to give her a suit
