I’d be down to build this with you. Real estate is my industry, I have both bought and sold with seller financing. It’s a huge win-win scenario, this addresses the problem that makes it hard for most people to find the right scenario. I love it.

But.... People list with agents that put it on the MLS and there is no API for that. public records sometimes show the mortgage is paid off. And how about a down payment? No money down and then the values go down and they have to sell is called a short sale. The seller loses. There are so many more reasons that this can't scale. If a seller is willing to do so, it is already in the MLS.

Hmm … I think I could do something with this inside a penny stock company… and use the stock to facilitate the trade by being collateral in a default. - thus the less defaults the less stock hits the market … the pubco could build the app and then create the community with equity incentives for paying their mortgage/rent.
