After healing my gut by baking with freshly milled wheat, I knew this biblical recipe would be a beautiful next step. You can blend the grains yourself (see recipe for Ezekiel mix below) , or do what I did and use the Ezekiel mix from Bread Beckers. It’s convenient because it’s pre-measured, portioned out and ready to mill. One bag makes one recipe.
