@thecookingmawma: Brunch like a mother! 🍳 🍔 I used @phillygourmetburgers frozen burgers, tossed ‘em on the flat top, and stacked them with bacon, a fried egg, and a perfectly sweet and spicy maple sriracha mayo! The best part is that the @phillygourmetburgers patties go straight from freezer to flat top and turn into crispy, juicy burger magic in minutes. No defrosting. No drama. Just pure brunch satisfaction with a side of silence (hopefully). INGREDIENTS:
-makes 4 double burgers- • 8 @PhillyGourmet smashburgers • 4 brioche buns • 4 eggs, over easy • 8 slices bacon • 4 slices of cheese
-for Maple Sriracha Mayo- • 1/4 cup mayo • 1tbsp maple syrup • 2tsp sriracha 
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat flat top grill to medium-high heat. Mix all ingredients under “-for Maple Sriracha Mayo-“ and set aside. 2. Cook bacon until crispy and set aside on paper towels. 3. Place frozen Philly Gourmet patties on the grill. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until browned and crispy. Top with cheese while still hot, so it melts. 4. Crack eggs onto the grill. Cook over-easy for about 2 minutes. 5. Toast buns slightly on flat top grill, if desired. 6. Build the brunch burger! Start with bottom bun and spread with maple sriracha maple. Then, add two @phillygourmet smashed patties with cheese, crispy bacon, fried egg, then top bun.
