Celiac is auto-imune and has long term serious risks. Lactose intolerance is more like an actual allergy and causes temporary bowel and stomach issues. I get how people with Celiac's are more careful tbh. But yes, lactose intolerant people are crazy, I'm probably one of them but I'm in denial. 🤣

I know someone who can't have gluten or dairy, they will down dairy all day but avoid gluten like the plague. to be fair afaik their reaction to gluten is a lot worse than to dairy
