Make sure you update thermostat temp on Ecu and temp for cooling fans I believe it might affect fuel tables

Why do people think thermostats run cooler. It just makes coolant flow sooner. Actually worse for an engine unless you have seriously built your motor

a cooler thermostat won't make the engine run cooler if the rest of the system isn't efficient enough to do so. you want engine temperature to be hot enough to get the oil temperature to or above 212F to burn condensation and contamination out of the oil. engine temperature effects Air fuel ratio so other tuning is required. or the vehicle may run poorly or suffer fuel mileage.
