I work for costco... distributors sell to ALL RETAILERS, parasites are NATURAL, they live in EVERY ENVIRONMENT... cook your food 😳

Fish=parasites. Every time. Fun fact: “sushi quality” actually just means frozen to a certain temp before use so ✨all the parasites die✨

I always freeze the fish before I cook it. I was told from a butcher years ago. All fish has parasites 😩

salmon you're supposed to do Farm Raised for parasite free, they will not use wild caught in sushi because of this

I dont know alot about fish. but living on the west coast I know for a fact this is 100% normal. very often our fresh caught on the line have these parasites. flash freezing and cooking kills this.

Salmon is known for having worms especially wild caught. Ppl don’t like it but farm raised doesn’t tend to have worms.
