i started doing while my noodles are cookin i get the bowl im gonna put it in, put just an egg yolk, just the yolk, kewpie mayo, the whole sauce packet, and the cheese and some soy sauce, trust me girl, it changes the game

Highly recommend adding a tablespoon or so of cream cheese along with the heavy cream and mozzarella cheese! It makes that creamy texture so amazing 😍
